With just three results left to come in, Lindley A are champions of the Liberal League Mallinson Cup, following on from last seasons success in this section. Captain Robert Senior is also in line for the highest average prize, winning 15 out of 15 and an aggregate of plus 8.
Meltham A, just pipped Almondbury A, for the runners up spot, even though they lost at home to relegated side Lindley B (4-6). Joining Lindley B in Section 2, next season, are bottom club Primrose Hill.
In Section B, Kirkheaton A are worthy winners, wining the section with a massive 143 points, and join the A section next season.
The runners up in Section B, are yet to be decided, with Almondbury B finishing on 130 points, but have to wait until Crosland Moor A finish off their season, with two re arranged games against Milnsbridge B away, and Marsh Lib also away. Crosland Moor A need 12 points to gain promotion.
